Evangelist Eugene BenjaminFun and Fitness at Bristol Central leads to Exercise Classes
On Sunday 3rd July, the Health Department held a Fun and Fitness Day at Bristol Central, from 1.00 pm - 5.00 pm. There were many activities including Zumba, which was presented by Patricia Pinto from Swindon. During the session, we welcomed four visitors who actively participated in the routine and were full of praise for the event. Lanolin Dowe also presented an exercise routine, which was well delivered, with a visitor joining in the routine.
Following on from this event, a weekly exercise class has now been established. So far, with the support and enthusiasm of Ruben Gaspar, classes have been held with between 5 to 7 people including 3 non members. If numbers continue to increase and exceed 10 -15 people, then a new venue will be sought. Mary Philip, Lanolin Dowe and Steve Makore are fully committed to the support the venture.
